The heximeme

1. Link to the person who tagged you.
[It's Ultra Dave's fault] 2. Post the rules on your blog.[q.e.d.]
3. Write six random things about yourself.[see below]
4. Tag six people at the end of your post and link to them.[anything is possible]
5. Let each person know they’ve been tagged and leave a comment on their blog.
[eh]  6. Let the tagger know when your entry is up. [Hey Dave!]

1) My favorite word: Defenestrate
2) I am the oldest of my siblings, married to the oldest of his siblings, and my parents are both first children in their families.
3) I used to have a flock of chickens in my backyard. If I didn't live inside the city limits I probably would have chickens now.
4) My paternal grandmother was a tremendous influence (mostly positive) in my life.
5) Although I love living out in the country where I can see stars at night, I would like to try living in New York City for a year or two. (probably without chickens there, too)
6) My washing machine door latch just broke again. I think this makes the 5th or 6th time this year.

I tag the following ? folks: [your name here if you want to]

I can not imagine owning a chicken. They really aren't that cuddly. Though it would be fun to let them run all around the house.

Not again!!!!

I always wanted to live in NYC too but realistically, I'm too poor and it wouldn't be any fun that way. Besides, LA burned me out on big cities.

My Chris says he wants to marry a chicken when he grows up. I'm not sure if this should concern me.

Let me know when you finally get to NYC, we could grab a drink. Many people live under the assumption that New York is too expensive. When compared to most of the larger metropolitan areas I don't think it's all that bad.

I don't think you're trying very hard. You could have chickens in the house, I bet. ; )

They could live in the stupid washing machine.
